Upgrade protection and monitoring of corrosion

In many cases,the heat exchangers of the hydraulics already have dedicated position for the anodes. You can upgrade to EasyAnode selecting length of zinc and type of thread.

EasyAnode can be easily retrofitted in all type of stabilizers with seawater cooling system.

Even if your type of heat exchanger does not fit pencil anodes, it is convenient to install a corrosion indicator to protect it from corrosion. You can do this by adding tees in the water inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger.

From now on, you will not have to remove pencil anodes to check if they are depleted.

When you have sea water leaks caused by corrosion you will not know the extent of the damage until it is too late.

EasyAnodes will turn red before breaking.

When the EasyAnode is not accessible, you can verify condition with a mirror or by taking a picture. No need to dismount it.

EasyAnode should be installed in both inlet and outlet. Especially when the equipment is not running for long periods.

When a conventional pencil anode depletes early, you no longer have cathodic protection. It is very important to have an alert before corrosion damage occurs.

Leak of seawater into the hydraulics circuit caused by corrosion can create expensive repairs.
